There are 2 rooms still available at the 1840s Carrollton Inn Bed and Breakfast (on site where the wedding will be held). These rooms are bit more expensive than the hotel room blocks but they are absolutely beautiful and they include breakfast. The Diplomat Suite is $295 and the Annapolis Suite is $350.
